Kathryn and Ricky were married on November 20th of 2021 at Venue3two in Kentwood, Michigan. You can’t help but smile when you are around this sweet couple! Their smiles and energy are contagious, you can't help but feeling like you're a part of something special when you're around them.
Phi and I have been head-over-heels for this beautiful couple since their spring engagement session at Robinettes (Check it out here) – and we were SO excited to capture their special day this past November!
From the joyful moment Kathryn put on her wedding gown, to the heartwarming traditional ceremony, to all the wonderful toasts given by close family and and friends; It was a day overflowing with love.
Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the way these two bring out the best in each other. It's clear Kathryn and Ricky are truly MADE for each other.

Ricky and his groomsmen spent the morning at his house getting ready. They shared a few drinks and laughs before heading to the church in Ada, MI.
Once Kathryn and her bridesmaids arrived at St. Robert of Newministers Church they said a beautiful prayer over the bride. There was a few moments laughter and excitement before Kathryn walked down the aisle.
Kathryn and Ricky chose to wait until the ceremony for a traditional first look. Watching Ricky see her for the first time was so moving. These two share a wonderful love.

Once we arrived back at Venue3two we jumped right into wedding party photos. This was such a wonderful and fun wedding party to work with!
We didn't get a lot of sunshine on this late autumn day but were lucky enough to catch stunning sunset!
